Hike to Thrive 2026 is coming - a 90-day women’s hiking program that builds fitness, trail confidence, and a community of supportive women. Online with in-person meet-ups.
Next year, you can choose between two pathways based on your goals:
🌿 Day Hiker Stream: build fitness, trail confidence + essential skills
🌿 Multi-Day Hiker Stream: train for overnight hiking adventures
You don’t need to be super fit. You don’t need fancy gear. You just need the desire to grow and an interest in hiking.
