If I wanted my dream physique in 2026, this is what I’d do👇🏼
I’d stop chasing fast results and start training for longevity.
I’d choose a form of movement I genuinely enjoy and build a realistic routine I can stick to - around 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week (just like our weekly timetable at ).
I’d walk every single day. At least 1 hour — for my nervous system, energy, metabolism, and overall health.
I wouldn’t “eat whatever I wanted”.. I’d look at my eating habits, learn my emotional triggers, educate myself about nutrition (macros and micros included) and then practise an intuitive, balanced approach to food.
I wouldn’t randomly add supplements. I’d get blood work done and work with a professional to see what my body actually needs.
I’d do saunas 2–3x a week, prioritising sleep like it’s part of my training (8 hours minimum).
I’d eat breakfast before caffeine.
I’d actively manage stress, because no physique thrives in a constantly stressed nervous system.
And I’d commit even on the days motivation is low, because consistency always beats perfection.
