The hip circles always get me good 😮‍💨

SAVE and try these simple Pilates based exercises to strengthen your entire body. Great reminder that we don’t need fancy equipment to get great results - body weight is also resistance training.

I normally share my Pilates exercise content in reel format but thought I’d try something new. Let me know what you think and what content format you prefer, carousel or reels?

Put all the moves together x20 for a quick effective workout. This class will leave you feeling lengthened, energised and like you’ve discovered muscles you didn’t know you had.
