Hi👋🏽I’m Phoebe and welcome to NurtureMama Sanctuary a space for our beautiful mama’s of the Gold Coast to be nurtured through restorative massage, remedial massage, spa treatments, trauma-informed/nervous system education and healing🫶🏽

I wanted to create a faith based safe space for women to receive, to feel supported & nurtured, heal and regulate their nervous system.

So many of us mama’s are living in a state of fight or flight or freeze (FFF) constantly on the run 🏃🏾‍♀️ juggling many balls all at once and hardly have a chance to breathe let alone regulate the nervous system or have time to ourselves and that’s where NurtureMama Sanctuary comes in you can receive either a restorative, hot stone or remedial massage, a luxurious facial or a deeply relaxing AromaTouch session so your body has a chance to feel so she can come back into homeostasis and heal naturally🕊

The nurture mama sanctuary is based in Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast in my home studio. I am a mama to five & I have been a relaxation massage therapist for 13 years and lomi lomi massage therapist for 4 years. I combine modalities to create a deeply nurturing, restorative and healing massage that all clients adore and love to receive. I am also a spa therapist at the five star On Eagle Wings Mountain Retreat & Day Spa in Mudgeeraba Hinterland.

I’m feeling really excited for what’s ahead for our local mama’s…

After being a stay at home mama for over 11 years, homeschooling the kids, devoting my time & energy to them and working on the side occasionally, I finally feel like I’m in a space where I can fully focus on my heart’s passion and vision in nurturing mamas and offering a safe space to heal…

They say your purpose lies in what you yourself desire or had a lack of as you can fully understand the need for what you’re offering and as a mama of 27 years to five children (most of that time a single mama) the one thing that God gifted me with was the ability to nurture & support others as that is what my heart was yearning for and still does for all those years and never fully received.

So I understand how important it is for us mothers to feel held, loved, supported and nurtured that is why I LOVE bodywork and nervous system regulation as it is THE ultimate way to receive all of that and more from someone who you can trust & feel safe with.

That is my dream for all mama’s to have a safe space to heal and receive which is why God has led me to release my old modalities and focus on this new path, new offerings and new business name, so I’m looking forward to sharing more as the year rolls on but for now here’s a sneak peek of a new service that will be on offer soon…✨🕊✨
