🤔 WHAT IS A PHENOTYPE? 🤔

At Bio Health Coaching, we use cutting edge GENETIC BASED PROFILING to determine your best health outcomes. Our aim is for you to live your best HEALTHY, HAPPY and DISEASE FREE LIFE 💓

Your ideal HEALTH BLUEPRINT combined with how your blueprint (your genes) interact with your ENVIRONMENT, is called your PHENOTYPE (think body type, but the insights and recommendations we can obtain with our technology is like body typing on steroids - not literal steroids!)

We are all 100% UNIQUE, so why should we all follow the same diet and expect the same result?

🤯 The answer is, we shouldn’t!

Why do some people thrive on a VEGETARIAN diet, yet other people have more energy and can concentrate better with small amounts of HEALTHY FISH in their diet?

➡️ It’s because we are COMPLETELY UNIQIE, and a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition is not best practice.

🤯 Frustrated with your results in the gym?

🤔Flogging yourself with early morning Bootcamps and HIIT classes for little progress?

😡Putting in all the effort but just don’t seem to be making much progress, or worse…… you’ve gained weight?!

The solution might be very simply for you 🙏

Research shows that if you exercise at the wrong time of the day for your unique body, it can release hormones that are detrimental for your body and can cause you to not only store body fat for hours afterwards, but can also put you in a state of ill health over time 😢

Doing high intensity exercise at the wrong time of the day for your unique body, may actually be more detrimental for your health than just going for a walk! 🤯🙈 WHAT!?!?

BUT I THOUGHT BOOTCAMPS and HIIT SESSIONS WERE GOOD FOR ME?!?! 🫣
They can be for some bodies, but for others they can actually make you sick, overweight, tired, and cause disease.

One of the keys to achieving great results is to not only perform the right type of exercise for your body, but also at the right time of the day for you 🙌
