WHY DO PEOPLE TALK ABOUT VIBRATIONS AND FREQUENCY?

THESE LAST TWO WORDS V&F TO MY UNDERSTANDING ARE THE PHYSICAL SIDE OF THE EMOTION. THE SOUND WAVES, MAGNETIC WAVES, ELECTRICAL CURRENTS, THAT SEND OFF A SCALE OF HERTZ. THIS SCALE IS HOW WE DETECT & INTERACT WITH THE WORLD AROUND US.

OUR EARS, EYES, HEART, BRAIN PICK UP THE VIBRATION/FREQUENCY (WAVES IF YOU WISH TO CALL IT) & SEND THE INFORMATION INTO OUR SYSTEM. THE SYSTEM PICKS UP THE CODES, WHICH ARE MULTI LAYERS OF & MULTIPLE LOCATIONS OF THE SYSTEM DECODING TO UNDERSTAND THE MESAGE COMING IN.

Firstly I want to thank all the beautiful souls who walk in the doors of the healing spaces I work in.

I am humbled and honoured to be part of the journeys you all walk through in life.

I am greatful to work in an industry of light and love,. Where I fell I can have a positive impact on the planet through facilitating self discovery , compassion and inner worlds.

Working along side many amazing white witches and wizards. Learning, laughing and feeling seen.

What an incredible adventure this thing called life is! The eb and flow of it all the good and the bad the Yin and the yang!

Next year brings new things.
I will be diving deeper into Hypnotherapy and slowly perhaps fazing out traditional massage. My body and my soul are shifting my direction and I am listening with compassion.

NEW NAME ON SOCIALS

As I evolve and grow as a practitioner I am expanding my knowledge & gifts delving deeper into the human experience.

Each session I gain more of an understanding on how to guide each individual on the path they wish to lead.

So what does this mean ??

Studies throughout the years have shown that depression is associated with a chronic inflammatory response.
A range of factors appear to increase the risk for the development of depression, and seem to be associated with systemic inflammation; these include psychosocial stressors, poor diet, physical inactivity, obesity, smoking, altered gut permeability, atopy, dental cares, sleep and vitamin D deficiency.

When we look at it from a physical point of view, many modalities & treatments are available and work wonders. Yet for some, even after all the work with physical activity and dietary regulations, they never seem to get to a place where they feel real change and liberation.

This is where we can look at and work with the psychosocial stressors.

What are they & how can we work with them?

Psychosocial stressors can be something so deeply seeded in the sub concious that we may not realise it in our busy day to day lives.

People who have been maltreated in childhood or even adulthood can subconsciously take with them feelings of unforgivness.

One of the things I work with in clinical Hypnotherapy with my clients is forgiveness.

This can be a powerful tool that can help dissolve the attachment to the thing/s from the past that may be disruptive behaviour in your life today.

Forgiveness work is one part of the journey back to yourself. The power to free yourself and live your life the way your heart desires.
