About the role
As the Client Experience & Training Coordinator, you’ll manage the end-to-end experience for both corporate clients and public course students - from enquiry through to course completion and post-course support.

This role is highly client-facing and operationally critical. You’ll coordinate schedules, trainers, and training logistics while also being responsible for quoting, following up on proposals, and negotiating booking details to secure training dates and confirm delivery.

✅ Recent experience in first aid, emergency care, nursing, or another relevant field
✅ Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
✅ Current first aid competencies
✅ Low voltage rescue training experience is a bonus
✅ Driver's Licence, reliable transport, and a readiness to travel as needed
✅ Working with children check (or be willing to obtain)
✅ Friendly, professional attitude with a sense of humour
✅ Enjoys delivering engaging, fun, and entertaining training
✅ Works well independently and loves being part of a fun, professional team
