Raw Chocolate Rolls (with Bone Broth!)
Ingredients:
Dough
¾ cup oat flour (75 g)
¾ cup almond flour (75 g)
1 tbsp Gevity Rx Chocolate Bone Broth Concentrate
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
Filling
150 g Medjool dates (about 8–9) soaked in hot water for 10-15mins.
3 tbsp Chocolate Bone Broth Concentrate
Pinch sea salt
1 tbsp almond butter
What to do:
1. In a bowl, mix oat and almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until a soft dough forms.
2. Place dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll into a rectangle (about 25 cm long × 0.5 cm thick). Chill 10 min to firm slightly.
3. Blend dates, Chocolate Bone Broth, water, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
4. Spread the filling evenly over the dough, leaving 1–2 cm at the top edge clean.
5. Roll up tightly using the baking paper to help guide it.
6. Store in the freezer for 2 hours to firm before slicing and storing back in the freezer
