Its been years in the making for this development, we have built over 240+ projects for our clients over the last 9 + years and finally we took some time out to do our own developments. This one is located at Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast. Walking distance to the broadwater, this development comprises of two luxury homes (currently awaiting sub-division approval), both featuring 4 bedrooms + Study, Double Garage, Double carport, Pool, BBQ areas with high end finishes. The GCP team are working hard, frames and roof on one of them and the other will be within the next 2 weeks. Corner (white) house just sold off the plan. Due to finish March 2026.

We have recently completed a D&C of a two level, 6 x Unit + 1 x Carers unit Special Disability Accommodation (SDA) Project on the Gold Coast. GCP were engaged in two stages. Stage 1 to manage the Design & Certification to Building Approval including SDA compliance and then Stage 2 was the actual build to completion and SDA Sign off. It was an absolute pleasure working with the owners of this property who really wanted to create a quality home for High Physical Support Residents.

We are excited to start OMB Lawyers head office high end fitout in Southport in a couple of weeks. OMB have the two top floors which will showcase a modern industrial feel with great views to the boardwater. Excited to Share that GCP has won the office fitout of the Master Builders Gold Coast Office. We joined master builders Qld before we even had our first project for GCP and we have been proud members ever since. MBQ have assisted our business grow and navigate through all the changes and challenges a construction company faces on a daily basis so I am very excited to create an amazing space for the GC office and humbled that Master Builders Queensland have chosen us to complete the project. Thank you MBQ, we can’t wait to start next week!

Works progressing nicely on our 6 apartment plus carers unit SDA (special disability accommodation) project in Bundall. GCP was engaged to managed the entire design process to building approval, we then removed the existing house late last year and started construction early January. Our target handover is late August and we will be close even with all the labour/material shortages and significant rain delays. This SDA compliant development is a waterfront block of land and the client has invested in upgrading the finishes to make it a high end

X Galaxy in the heart of Surfers Paradise, approx 4000m2 of commercial space and GCP are engaged to complete the base building design, certification and the base building construction works at this stage to upgrade this site into 3 new venues plus an office/amenities and lobby upgrades. This place is massive and the new tenancies coming into it will be nothing like the GC has seen before. Watch this space!
