We've been quiet 🌞

We are enjoying our little abode while the whole family has been together abit more due to Ryan's recovery (foot surgery). Things are picking up again as his almost fully healed. ✨️

I've been doing alot of studying, self building and trying new things online, while I've had the time to do some exploration.

Stepping out of my comfort zone hasnt been easy. I've been feeling lots of anxiety the past few weeks leading up to this release.

Sometimes I feel like I'm going to pass out when I think about it too much. The self doubt has been creeping in. People telling me it looks great, I'm accepting it but I'm not absorbing it with all these emotions.

Im at the final stages of my eBook. Here's to stepping out and facing the unknown. 🥂

Don't get me wrong I'm excited, and totally thrilled I'm just a little too much for myself atm haha!

4 days to go until launch day. 🙈

This eBook has been created to implement balance in our busy lives, Including mine!

Balance offers a 6 week wellness challenge, reminding us to do things for ourselves, reconnect with others, organisation, reflection and more!
