Hi 👋🏻 and welcome I hope you take the time to have a look around in my Bio 👆
I’m an acupuncturist and Dr of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) with (over) two decades of experience.
At the dawn of the Wellness era, I forged a practice in some of the world’s leading health retreats integrating traditional health care and spa therapies.
Now a writer, clinic owner on the Gold coast and educator focusing on women’s health and perimenopause.
I also mentor health practitioners most recently with my exciting new project STAB CLUB!
Stab Club is a competition free space for Acupuncturists to support each other and be mentored for a fraction of the price of one on one support.
In there you will have access to regularly updated resources and mentoring with me.
Monthly classes on a diverse range of topics and access to my courses.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions available.

I believe this generation of women will become the wildest and healthiest elders of our future and I am determined to play my part in this; supporting women and other health practitioners through my own Metal Years.
