Happy Wednesday!!

Our Kids Yoga classes started back on Saturday, and it was so lovely seeing all my little yogis again! The smiles, the giggles, the calm moments... I missed it all!

Maisey, our gorgeous therapy dog, was back too and she absolutely loved seeing the kids. Just look at this cute photo of her snuggled up with one of our yogis during meditation… my heart! 🧘‍

Hello beautiful people,

I just wanted to share a little update from me. You may have noticed I’ve been a bit quiet here lately. I needed to take a short break from my little business after some surgery and recovery (thankfully all went really well)!

My husband and I had been looking forward to our dream 20th Wedding Anniversary trip to Europe, but life had other plans. For now, that holiday is on hold and I’m taking a little more time to be with my family before I return to the work I love so much.

I’m really looking forward to being back in a few weeks and seeing all my beautiful yogis again. Here’s what’s coming up:
