Your hormones are made from fats and cholesterol, so when you’re not eating enough healthy fats, your body simply doesn’t have the building blocks it needs.
I stress “healthy” fats ie avocado, olive oil, nuts & seeds, fatty fish.
Then add stress into the mix (which is all of us) and your body will always prioritise survival over reproduction. Diverting those limited resources into making cortisol instead of progesterone and other s*x hormones.
The result? PMS, low libido, irregular cycles, mood swings, fatigue, and feeling completely out of balance.
