My Move and Soothe Mix…
💩problems are our specialty!

💚Every herbal medicine I make is bespoke. No mix, is ever the same. That’s what I adore about herbs.
💫They have personalities, energetics and actions specific to your needs.

With constipation, there’s a strain on the liver as toxins are being recirculated, instead of excreted. So we include liver herbs to help detox and for their bitter properties to promote digestive secretions.

In this mix I have:

🌿Rhubarb - laxative, anti inflammatory, cooling.
🌿Dandelion Root - promotes digestive secretions, reduces bloating, bile and liver action, grounding.
🌿Ginger - Anti inflammatory, pro kinetic, warming.
🌿Chamomile - reduces anxiety, anti inflammatory, digestive, relieves bloating, cooling.
🌿Licorice - anti inflam, gastro protective, nourishing tonic, moist & sweet.
🌿Marshmallow - anti inflam, reduces tissue irritation, moistens and lubricates
🌿Turmeric - anti inflam, anti oxidant, protects liver, detoxifies.

Brain fog, poor memory recall, trouble stringing a sentence together lol.. 😅
But where conventional medicine lacks in support for these Menopasual neuro symptoms, we shine. 💫

In this day and age of information overload, we can be bombarded and persuaded by the latest fads, trends, ‘fix it’ supplements etc..

Your gut is a complex ecosystem, not something that can be “fixed” with whatever supplement or cleanse is trending on social media this week.

Influencers don’t know your microbiome, your hormones, your stress levels, your history or your blood work. What “worked for them” could actually worsen bloating, anxiety, fatigue, histamine issues or hormone symptoms for you.

We wonder why there is a rise in chronic illnesses, most notably in western countries. Diabetes, insulin resistance, obesity, heart disease, autoimmunity etc..

🥙🥘Our grandparents made meals from scratch with whole food ingredients you could pronounce. 😅

Today our supermarket shelves are stacked with packet snacks, processed meals and convenience foods that are stripped of nutrients and filled with additives and cheap fillers.

Some foods, are simply not foods. Made in factories, not kitchens.

There is no perfect diet, but making conscious food choices and eating closest to nature when it comes to your health, can reduce the risk of chronic disease.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone regain their energy, clarity and vibrancy, especially after weeks of feeling unwell.
This beautiful client came to me after battling lingering pneumonia, a sinus infection and a stubborn virus with no improvement on antibiotics. Through holistic assessment and targeted herbal medicine, we were able to support her body back into balance.

💕With my hormonal clients, I will always look at gut health, often via a stool test. These comprehensive tests give us valuable insights as to what may be driving PMS symptoms or cycle irregularity.
