I’ve had the privilege of coaching Peter Berg — director, film producer, writer, and actor behind some of Hollywood’s most iconic action films like Lone Survivor, Friday Night Lights, Deepwater Horizon, Patriots Day and many more.

You may not know his name right away, but you’ve definitely felt his work. His films push human limits — and so did our training.

Over six months, we focused on mobility, neuroscience-based strength, and mindful performance — helping him stay sharp on set, recover faster, and lead with energy that lasts.

It’s been a true honour to support his journey — to witness his dedication, humility, and commitment to growth, both in body and mind.
