We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but for good reason! Over the past two weeks, the D-Fit team has been on the road, coaching across Queensland with the Gold Coast, South Queensland, and Queensland Country representative rugby teams.

From the State Championships in Townsville to the National Championships on the Sunshine Coast, it’s been an incredible few weeks of high-level rugby and rewarding coaching experiences.

Now that these successful campaigns have wrapped up, we’re back in action, with full focus on delivering top-tier D-Fit training, nutrition support, and of course, fresh content for our community.

We’re proud to introduce two faces behind the work we do:

Lucy Dinnen
International rugby player. Military veteran. Former school teacher. Now an Accredited Sports Nutritionist and rugby coach. Lucy brings grit, knowledge, and real-world experience to help our athletes fuel right and perform even better.

Declan Dinnen
A former First Grade rugby player with a serious passion for performance. Now a dedicated personal trainer, rugby coach, and natural bodybuilder in the making—Declan brings elite-level insight and energy to every session.

At D-Fit, we don’t just train athletes—we build them. And with Lucy and Declan on the team, you’re in world-class hands.
