🧘‍♀️ One of my favourite practices is Spinal Breathing Pranayama, a simple yet powerful technique that moves prana (life force) up and down the spine, harmonising mind, body, and energy.

I first learnt this practice in India, where I immersed myself in traditional yogic teachings. Since then, it’s become a ritual that helps me ground, release tension, and reconnect with my inner energy.

🌙 In Ayurveda, sleep (nidra) is one of the three pillars of health — along with food and balanced energy. When your sleep is sound, your body repairs, your mind resets, and your energy is restored.

But so many modern habits disrupt this vital rhythm:
🍴 Eating heavy or late at night
💡 Exposure to bright lights and screens before bed
⚡ Too much stimulation or stress in the evening

Last night I ate dinner too late, and it was heavier than usual. As a result my sleep was awful. I was tossing and turning, awake more than I wanted to be.

Since completing the 10-Day Reset Cleanse, I’ve become highly attuned to what my body likes and doesn’t like. Eating heavy at 7:30 pm clearly isn’t one of those things. My digestion was still working while I tried to sleep, and it showed.

It’s amazing how something as simple as meal timing can impact sleep quality. The body really does give us signals, we just need to learn to listen.
