Exciting news, at Empowered Community Support Services we are expanding! and are looking to hire for a range of different roles.
Empowered Community Support Services is located in Adelaide, South Australia. We are based at Innovation House, Technology Park, Mawson Lakes Boulevard, Mawson Lakes SA 5095.
Empowering Community Support Services was established in 2021 to enable individuals living with disabilities to effectively exercise their freedom of choice and control with confidence. Working with both NDIS and private clients.

We are looking for:
Developmental Educator -
We are looking for a developmental educator who specialises in working with teens and Adults. The job role would consist of conducting 1:1 therapeutic sessions both within a clinical setting and within a client's environment.
We are looking to hire a developmental educator for 10-15 hours per week
Support Coordinator -
We are looking to add to the support coordinator team. We pride ourselves on taking an individualised approach to Support Coordination.
We are looking to hire a support coordinator for 10-15 hours per week
Allied Health Assistant -
We are looking for allied health assistance to work alongside our development educators to enhance the therapeutic intervention for participants. This would include assisting with creating resources and working in a group context.
We are looking to hire an allied health assistant for 5-10 hours a week
Support Workers -
We are looking for support workers to work with participants in a day program/day options context. Support workers will be working in 1:1 ratios with participants that would work collaboratively with other staff to deliver the outlined programs.
What is required:
Qualifications in the respective field
Working with children’s check
Working with people with disabilities check
Full drivers license
- Qualifications in respective fields
- A sound understanding of the NDIS and support services available to people with complex needs
- An Australian drivers license
- Willing to obtain first aid certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
