Melbourne here I come 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷A quick update on my availability in November. I am on my way to Melbourne to visit my little granddaughter 💖

I have the privilege of supporting her and her Mum while her other Mum is looking after her father who is gravely ill.💚

So, I am available for online zoom appointments over the next month. These appointments are just as effective and sometimes are even more effective than in person appointments. You can be in the comfort of your own home and the space online is very private and sometimes allows you more space to process and be present than in person. I can feel your energy just the same and it is a potent way of supporting you. Sometimes, your nervous system feels really good if you are sitting on your lounge or sitting up in bed as you are moving through big stuff, safer and more secure. 💕

I attended a beautiful retreat day yesterday with Lucy Busby and 60 amazing women who are some of the most kick arse brave women I've ever met 💜

Wow! The connection, the rawness and honesty we were invited into 💜

I actually can't sing Lucy's praises enough, to hold a space of 60 women, keep them engaged and invite them into looking deeply at their stuff - and then have them all still adore her 😂🩷
