A Women's Circle is a sacred remembering, a place to slow down and return to the truth within.
We gather in sisterhood not to perform or pretend, but to be witnessed, supported, and gently held.
This circle will include guided reflection, heart connection and a deeply restorative sound bath meditation to settle the nervous system and soothe the spirit.
If you have been craving a space to soften, to ground, to reconnect... this is your invitation.

Rest and Rebalance is a lovingly crafted 45 minute practice that invites you into quiet stillness. A gentle space to soften your body, settle your mind and return to the calm that lives beneath everything.

Held Sunday evenings inside the serene sanctuary of , this Sunday ritual weaves intentional breath, calming meditation, and the soothing resonance of crystal sound bowls.
This is a space to slow down.
A space to let your nervous system settle into rest and repair.
Each session guides you through
• Gentle breathwork to ground your energy
• A soft meditation to clear your inner landscape
• A restorative sound immersion that nurtures emotional ease and supports a quiet reset

These evenings are a tender invitation to replenish yourself. To pause. To breathe. To remember the steadiness within you.
You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are and to leave feeling soothed, nourished and returned to your natural rhythm.

A soft, grounding evening of rest for your nervous system.
