Slow Flow Yoga (Beginner Friendly Classes)🧘🏽♀️
A space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body at your own pace.
This class is slower and more intentional, each pose is broken down step by step with a focus on alignment, control, and awareness. We also explore different yoga breath techniques.
We spend more time in each posture, so you can actually feel what’s happening in your body.
There’s also less up and down off the floor, making it more accessible if you’re newer to yoga, working with injuries, or just want a gentler pace.
