Pain is not random. It’s an accumulation of stresses over the days, weeks, months, years.
Physical, emotional & spiritual.
Although our mind can speak in words, our body cannot. The pain you feel is your body trying to communicate with you.
What is it saying to you?

This is one of the reasons I love Bodywork. We find points of tension, we hold them, we sit with them, and then allow the body to melt them away.
