✨ What does Behaviour Support look like at Delight Disability Services? ✨
We’ve put together a short slide series to help explain what Behaviour Support actually looks like, our role as practitioners, and how we work alongside participants, families, and support teams to create meaningful and positive change.
We know the NDIS and especially Behaviour Support can sometimes feel confusing, overwhelming, and full of complicated language. Many families and participants aren’t always sure where to start, what a Behaviour Support Practitioner does, or how the process works.
That’s exactly why we do what we do.
At Delight Disability Services, our Behaviour Support team focuses on:
✔ Understanding the why behind behaviours
✔ Supporting participants to build skills and independence
✔ Working closely with families and support teams
✔ Creating practical strategies that actually work in everyday life
Most importantly, we believe in walking alongside people through the process, helping make things clearer and less overwhelming.
If you have questions, are curious about Behaviour Support, or want to learn more about how we can help, we’d love to chat.
