Now I know why my veggie patch has been flattened!!!

My magpie tribe all having a nice little sunbake in the warm soil! The parents of the tribe taught the baby and then the junior walks in and joins in too 😂

Still love them though 🙄🥰

So grateful to these beautiful women who came and allowed themselves to flow, recharge and rest.

Being in circle together, sharing our intentions, what we are grateful for and being together.

We listened, laughed & had tears through our practice together.

We blissed out to a sound bathe & shared conversations over tea and treats.

Each extraordinary woman took home a beautiful rose from our circle centerpiece. 🌹💝

I just did a beautiful heart opening yin yoga class where to grieve was on offer. Such a warm loving held experience.
