Ah sweet sweet sleep. How you have aluded me over my 13 years of parenthood! Heres how I have survived the depths of it AND a 2 year stint of anxiety fueled insomnia. (I used to sleep from 3am-6am!)
One thing I know for sure, is stressing about getting to sleep, never works!
