EASTER AND ANZAC LONG WEEKEND

In short, I will not be available both of these weekends.

You can still message me updates, enquire about appointments but I will be doing my best to not look at my phone and enjoy family time!

Rest and recovery is hugely important for our animals’ health and ours too.

A well-rested practitioner is a better practitioner 😎

What does an animal chiropractor do?

Well, we do everything a human chiropractor does!

We work with the body’s innate intelligence to restore health and healing from the inside out.

We work on restoring proper function of the skull, spine and peripheral joints so they can best protect the nervous system and send accurate information to it.

Accurate information means better proprioception, mobility, less pain and adaptability to stress!

Sounds good right?

If you want to add life to your years, and years to your life, a well functioning nervous system helps a lot 😏

SOCIAL MEDIA CHANGES

You may be aware that Dynamic has both a Facebook and Instagram account.

I am going to be adjusting them (no pun intended 🙃) to make the page more educational and announcement-based and the Instagram account more fun and lifestyle-based.

Any important announcements for current clients will of course be sent directly to you.

Social media is like an endless confusing maze to me and I am hoping this will reduce my procrastination time about it 🫠

This week I have mostly had off while my partner is home from work and we have friends and family visiting.

This week helped us to realise how we can take time off work, not go anywhere and feel like we are on holiday.

We have worked hard and built ourselves a neat little life for us and our girls.

When your horse is well and feeling good, make the most of it. Health is not a constant, they don’t always have it and neither do we. Enjoy them as much as you can when they are well, and love and care for them unconditionally when they are not.
