Meet one of our amazing 21 Day Reset clients, Sandra ✨
After a period of illness, Sandra found herself out of her usual routine with no cycling, no regular movement and not really looking after herself.
On her GP’s recommendation, she joined our Summer 21 Day Reset to gently rebuild her core strength, support her recovery and reconnect with movement in a safe, structured way. What she found was a supportive environment where she could move at her own pace, with the guidance and reassurance of being supported within a broader clinic that brings physiotherapy, Pilates and allied health together under one roof.
