In today’s video, our Principal Physiotherapist, Lauren May, shows how we use real-time ultrasound (RTUI) in the clinic to help you see your pelvic floor working - so you can learn the correct technique and build strength that actually carries into everyday movement.
Once you can identify the right muscles, we take it a step further by integrating that awareness into functional movement… including targeted exercises in our Pilates studio. This is where the real magic happens. 💫
