lesson 8- Cleansing crystals

Crystals need to be cleansed of old energy. This should be done when you first receive the crystals to rid them of anyone else’s negative energy.

They also need to be charged or energised with new energy.
Cleanse your crystals before and after working with it, when someone else has handled it and when you’ve gone through changes in your life.
To do this-there are number of ways.

Water- clean fresh water -you can also add a little salt to the water to bathe and cleanse after a healing session, though be conscious that some don’t like water so check first or ask if you’re not sure
Full moon - most crystals are cleansed and recharges with the full moon. Place them in a bowl outside where they can be charged with the moons energy.
Caves, beds or clusters- these absorb what I’ve energy and also infuse crystals with positive energy. Place inside the cave or on the bed or cluster and leave as long as you think they need.

solar plexus -
Sacral-carnelian
Root chakra - red jasper

Lemurian Quartz and it’s powerful energy

History suggests that Lemurian Quartz crystals were programmed during the lost civilization with spiritual teachings of wisdom and healing by the spiritually advanced Lemurians. (1)

The Lemurian civilization is considered by many the original motherland of humanity. According to legends from all around the world, it was similar to the Atlantis civilization but more advanced spiritually and more peaceful.

What crystals have the most energy for healing?

There are varying crystals with energy frequency which may have a powerful impact on the area where the crystal is in your home, sacred space, or workplace.

Some crystals are powerful for use for meditation, prayer, or energy work though they should be used carefully as some people may feel the energy more intensely.

Before using high frequency crystals, ensure you use a grounding stone and stones with protective properties nearby.

Crystals, like us, hold onto energy . Therefore it is important that you know where your crystals are from. Crystals from war torn areas that are mines can hold negative energies so do your research

Crystals will find you when you shop. You may find that you aren’t really looking for a particular Crystal but rather come across one by chance that catches your eye. If that’s the case, then that’s the one you need. When it’s done it’s job, you’ll find another.

Some people feel more deeply than others. Some take on emotional hurt and others don’t see what the fuss is about.

As an empath it is important to ensure you protect your own energy.
Don’t forget that empaths will feel other people’s energies and be affected.
Ground yourself. Imagine yourself in a bubble with a line between the earth and the heavens.
Ask your angels or guides to surround you and stay guard when you are in a difficult situation .
