🕶️ My Saturday was enjoying the glorious Canberra weather volunteering at Marymead’s annual Spring Sale.

🕶️ They didn’t let me be in charge of the plants 🪴 ❌ as I’m known to “over care”for them (aka kill plants). 👠 Shoe stall was my gig!

🔗 If you are looking for connections, helping others is such a simple way!

🔗 Volunteering doesn’t have to be a huge commitment either. It can be an event, an hour or two at a skill you’re great at, anything.

🎁 I volunteer in the community by :
☀️being on 3 x committees,
☀️coaching women coming out of the DV journey,
☀️speaking at community groups,
☀️sharing knowledge for content for other allied health &
☀️am a co-facilitator for a Australia-wide mental health forum.

💐 Purposeful, connected & fun.
