March is Lymphoedema Awareness Month, with March 2–8 marking Lymphoedema Awareness Week, a timely reminder of the importance of early support and education.

Lymphoedema can develop after breast cancer treatment, particularly when lymph nodes have been removed or radiation therapy has been involved. Early detection and thoughtful management can significantly reduce its impact.

Care is holistic, often including manual therapy, gentle movement, compression, and skincare to support healthy lymph flow.
