👋 Karissa is stepping into the role of Manager of F**T Factory, taking over day-to-day operations, team leadership, and member experience.

Karissa has been a driving force behind F**T Factory from the very beginning — bringing passion, structure, accountability, and a genuine care for our members and community. Stepping into this role allows her to continue building the strong culture, high standards, and supportive environment that F**T Factory is known for.

Matty will continue to be actively involved behind the scenes and within the business, while Karissa leads the floor, the team, and the future direction of F**T Factory.
