The wings.

As overgivers, we avoid that part.

We do more.
Give more.
Hold everything together.

say no
and choose not to abandon yourself

That’s the transformation.

This month felt like being in a washing machine.

One minute I had clarity…
the next I was spinning in doubt, emotion, and overthinking.

Up. Down. Neutral. Then straight back in again.

It forced me to stop trying to control it all…
and actually trust what I was feeling in the moment.

and just take the next step.
