Meet our free GP at headspace Hawkesbury

Dr. Dannielle can help any young people aged 12-25 with both physical and mental health concerns. This includes:

💚 general health check in’s
💚 relationship problems
💚 feeling down or upset
💚 drug and alcohol use
💚 sexual health and contraception
💚 your mood or worrying thoughts

If you are looking for a youth-friendly and supportive doctor, look no further!

You don't need to be a client of headspace but DO need your Medicare card 👍

When was the last time you had a checkup? It might be good to have one before Chrissy 🎁⛄🎅🎄

THRIVE Wellness Festival 2025 was back for another year of community fun and well-being !!
It was an innovative and playful festival that offered support services and resources.
There was amazing music, entertainment and ridiculousness !!

We had a blast connecting with all the amazing young people and adults at the event organized by HCOS. (Hawkesbury Community Outreach Services)

When life gets crowded, make space for what matters to you…
This headspace Day, we are encouraging you to take time to make space for the things you love.
Would it be sports, spending time with friends and family, meditating? Or cozied up with a good TV show, or a book ?

It's time to recognise all things headspace as headspace day 2025 has arrived !!
Our headspace day theme is Make Space !!

The campaign aims to increase the understanding of youth mental health and wellbeing where young people live, work and play.

In the Hawkesbury we are holding headspace day events in the community.
We will be at Richmond Youth Pop-Up on Thursday 23 Oct with our amazing community partners, North Richmond Youth Project. Come and visit us, there will be lots of free food, games and merch !!
