As the festive season approaches and things get busier, City Cave Richmond is looking for friendly and reliable people to join our team as Float Attendants — with immediate training available!
If you’re passionate about wellness, love helping others, and have a positive, can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you!
What’s involved:
🧘♀️ Providing an exceptional client experience and supporting their wellness journey
🧴 Preparing and cleaning float and infrared sauna rooms between clients
🗓️ Assisting with bookings, admin, and daily operations
💬 Engaging with clients about our services, memberships, and wellness products — sales experience or confidence in communicating value is a plus!
🧺 Restocking, merchandising, and maintaining a calm, welcoming space
📲 Supporting marketing and social media efforts
Must be 18 or older, available weekends, and during the Christmas period, with opportunities for ongoing employment in 2026!
