Our first safety network meeting was a big success! How lucky we are to connect with other passionate people within our field ❤️

Child 👦👧 safety is truly valued and promoted by our local kindergartens and childcare centres 🩵 - this is just another example of our local early years specialists leading the way!

Ringwood Electorate's first ever, inaugural Kindergarten and Childcare Safety Meeting was organised by the amazing Chey from Cuddly Bear Heathmont and joined by Tahlia Marsh (Director, Grow Early Education Heathmont), Karen (Director, Knaith Road Childcare Centre and Kindergarten), Alyson Cayley (Director, Red Apple Early Learning Centre Vermont), Emma Di Falco (Director, Red Apple Early Learning Centre Balwyn), Stacey Cocking (Educational Leader Red Apple Early Learning Centre Vermont), Tracey Hayes (Director, Kids on Mullum Child Care) and Amy (Educational Leader Natural Wonders Early Learning)

Please do NOT read anything into an absence of a local Kinder or Childcare - they have many pressures and demands on their time and not all can make each meeting, but ALL are kept advised of shared learnings and best local practice.

Last night the management team attended the Maroondah Business Excellence awards, where we were announced as finalists in this year’s 2025 educational services category! 🌟 Although we didn’t take out the win, we are so proud to be a part of the Maroondah community, with an absolutely incredible team. Thank you to our families who continue to support us and trust us with your children. A big congratulations to all of the winners ❤️

A huge congratulations to our graduate, Jess! Jess has officially graduated high school, all whilst completing her Certificate III ! It was an absolutely huge effort, and we are all so proud of her. Jess will now commence full-time work with us, and we can't wait to see her continue to grow. Well done Jess

Last night our Director, Chey, attended the Victoria Day awards hosted by Chey received the award for the amazing contributions she has made to the early childhood sector such as the implementation of the Cuddly Bear approach professional development training, and the commencement of a child safety network group, to continue the sectors responsiveness to child safety. We are very proud of Chey and lucky to have her as part of our Cuddly Bear family ❤️
