Meet Christopher

Chris is one of our physiotherapists at ARRC and is passionate about helping people rebuild strength, recover from injuries, and get back to doing the things they love.

Originally from England and now a long-time Gold Coast local, Chris grew up playing a wide range of sports. Experiencing injuries himself sparked his interest in physiotherapy and gave him a real appreciation for the recovery journey.

Chris has a special interest in helping people recover from injuries, improving movement, and building strength and resilience. He also has a strong focus on bone health and Osteoporosis management, helping people safely improve strength, balance, and confidence through targeted exercise.

He’s also involved in ARRC’s new Strength for Life program, designed to support the body by building stronger bones and muscles through supervised, progressive strength training in a safe and supportive environment.

Chris is part of the ARRC team providing home visits across the Gold Coast for both NDIS participants and aged care clients, bringing physiotherapy support directly to people in their own homes.

Great to have Chris helping our community move stronger every day πŸ™Œ
