For All Applicants:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident using Microsoft 365 and digital business tools Understanding of NDIS processes and compliance Strong administrative and data accuracy skills Experience engaging with diverse communities
Specialist Support Coordinator Candidates Should Also Have:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field Experience supporting participants with complex needs Knowledge of interface services (e.g. health, housing, justice) Complex case management experience and risk mitigation strategies
Junior Administrative Assistant Should Also Have:
Strong organisational and time-management skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Confidence using Microsoft 365 and digital communication tools Willingness to learn, take initiative, and support internal admin processes No prior experience necessary—just a great attitude and eagerness to grow!
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check Driver’s License and Comprehensive Car Insurance (for coordination roles) Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (not required for junior admin) Commitment to ethical, person-centred support delivery
