✨The past few days here in Victoria have been full of beautiful connections and energy.✨

We began with an Animal Healing Workshop near Castlemaine, followed by Usui Reiki Level I and Usui Reiki
Level II trainings over the weekend.

Each class was unique, yet connected by the same gentle intention, learning to work with energy and Reiki in a grounded and meaningful way.

It is always such a privilege to watch students grow in confidence as they reconnect with their intuition and natural healing abilities. Every class creates a ripple that extends far beyond the room, reaching families, animals, and the wider world.

My heart feels full after such a special few days of teaching, learning and sharing.

Grateful to be able to share energy and Reiki in this way and to watch it continue to grow 🙏🌿🐾🕉️🥰

Lately I have noticed how often I am doing three things at once…
Walking Archie, sending voice messages, thinking about what to accomplish next.

It gently showed me something deeper.
How often do we stay busy so we don’t have to fully feel?

Today I am choosing presence.
With my body.
With my breath.
With the people in front of me.

Because healing doesn’t happen in the rush…
It happens in the moment we finally arrive.

🥳 Exciting news - we'll be welcoming Emily Robb from Divine Energy Reiki Healing at the end of February to hold an ANIMAL HEALING WORKSHOP.

This is a hands-on learning opportunity in a small group, plus there will be alpacas, sheep, chickens, dogs, cats and guinea pigs to practise with (or just to be cuddled).
