Participants will build confidence across all aspects of daily living—from cooking and cleaning to personal care, routines, and social connection. With a strong focus on practical, real-life experiences, the program empowers individuals to gain the skills they need to live more independently and thrive in their everyday lives. Stay tuned—this is just the beginning of something truly special!

This young lady knows how to fill her day. First lets shop, then prep, then cook, then enjoy,then clean up ,then visit the Library and then finish the day with a lovely walk. I don't know about you but I am tired..Miss S you are our sunshine

We’d also like to thank everyone who came along to support the stalls and enjoy the markets. Your support means so much and helps keep our markets thriving.

Even with the rainy weather, it was wonderful to see everyone come together and support the day.
