Hey beautiful humans 💜
Just a quick check in I haven’t been on here as much lately not because I’ve disappeared… but because I’ve been doing what I teach.
Healing, Living, and Recharging.
Because healing isn’t always a smooth, clean little ride.
It's real, it’s messy, it pulls layers off you especially when you’re someone like me… always the carer, the lover, the provider, the one who holds it all.
So I have been taking my own medicine.
Beach, music, smiles, dancing, breathing… filling my cup back up 🫶and with back to school coming up…
I can already feel the nervous system shift for so many of you.

What a beautiful Sunday and some rain around here.
What about at yours, how is the weather
Hey I am just dropping this here for those that haven't clicked on.. I got you so dows the universe 🕉️ keep looking out for the signs.
Today’s date lines up in a way that doesn’t happen often.
January gives the 1.
Today is the 11th.
And 2026 reduces back to 1.
That’s 1111.
Not as a concept but just the numbers doing what they do.

This portal doesn’t touch everything at once.
It finds one place.
The relationship that’s been sitting in limbo.
The part of you that’s been changing quietly.
The truth you have been circling but not stepping into yet.
It doesn’t respond to pushing or trying harder,
It responds when you stop pretending you are on top of everything.
When you’re honest, even just with yourself.
What comes next isn’t some big dramatic shift.
It’s more subtle than that.
Things stop pulling at you and the old loops don’t hook in the same way.
You realise you don’t have the same reaction you used to.
That’s not emptiness.
That’s protection.

If you’re A Little Bent Not Broken then try this
Look back tomorrow.
Did someone message you that you’d been thinking about?
Did something you were already considering suddenly show up again?
Did a thought land and stay instead of passing through?
The universe doesn’t yell.
It lines things up quietly.
