Know anyone that needs some of this in their life?

It was here when we moved in, not sure why it was planted - weird kind of welcome gift maybe? 🫣

Also not sure why I listened to Sharn, who thinks it’s awesome and LOVES IT and was adamant we needed to keep it 🤣

It smells horrid, attracts flys, the entire plant is considered to be poisonous and in nice calm balmy weather the smell kind of floats around the entire house.

It’s the gift that keeps on giving ☠️☠️☠️
Anyway - the stand is full if you’re after blooms this weekend.

Chaotic florals + a workshop too 🌸
So… I’m teaching a workshop on Monday — don’t worry, tickets are free and there are still a few spots left!
And yup… flowers went everywhere (I trimmed my reaction a little 🤣🫣).
Anyway, I’m pretty sure flowers are awesome. I haven’t quite nailed the whole whimsical cottage, earthy, old world vibe lately — if I’m honest, it’s been more rage gardening... but hey, whatever works, right? 😂

Workshop details, in case you’d like to come along (I’d love to see you there!) ↓

As part of the Wellness in Nature project with Alexandrina Council, you can join me for the Flowers from Home workshop 😆🌸

“Bring a vase that holds a story—and take part in a gentle, nature-based flower arranging session focused on creativity, connection, and conversation. Together, we’ll explore simple arranging techniques, the meanings behind common blooms, and which flowers are edible (or not). This workshop is about more than creating something beautiful—it’s about rediscovering creativity, embracing imperfection, and connecting with nature and each other. Nature is wild, uneven, and full of character—and your arrangement will be too. That’s the beauty of it.”

This program is being funded through an Age Friendly SA Grant from Office for Ageing Well as part of the ‘Wellness in Nature’ Project being run by Alexandrina Council.

Get in touch if you can’t find the booking details x

Also, if you can’t make this one but are really interested, please let us know — and if you’re local and interested in Eco Therapy or NDIS supports/ tiny group garden therapy with me, reach out here too x

Eeek - can you come along?

This morning the cosmo seedlings out in the patch are showing signs of stretching out, so hopefully not long now until we’re surrounded by them again.

Also thought I’d share this info about Eco Therapy offerings incase it’s of interest to you, or someone you know. (I don’t have a whole lot of availability atm but hopefully will be offering some very small group programs soon too - anyway reach out if it’s of interest).

Disabled? Neurodivergent? Or just feeling burnt out? Our Eco Therapy offerings might be for you.

Think gentle, nature-based support that focuses on wellbeing, emotional regulation, and capacity building. These sessions are designed to build connection, confidence, and community — through slow, immersive experiences like garden therapy, eco crafts, good conversations, idea sharing, and hands-on skill-building around regenerative and sustainable food systems.

With a background in horticulture, eco therapy, and sustainability education, Libby offers 1:1 support and small group sessions — all tailored to meet you where you’re at.

And if you’re after blooms this week get in touch and we can organise some Spring goodness for you.

Spring holidays, slowly filling the patch - one wheelbarrow at a time, some take longer than others to move.

As we move into Spring we’re got more availability for regular weekly, monthly or fortnightly orders. Delivery is generally included for regulars on the South Coast and is available to Aldinga/ Willunga on Fridays every other week too. Fresh flowers can be invoiced and supplied to businesses regularly. Send a DM for more info or have a look on the website for more info.

📸 My kid and blooms; more sick days than not again over the break but this weekend we had a good few days and she’s utterly wonderful.

🎥 The one with littlest hands was pretty stoked about his new wheelbarrow, had to take it home and then asked for it come inside because it was “too cold and windy outside for it” 🤣 He was less impressed about the Akubra I found for him at the opp shop, but sucked it up and got digging.

🎥 The “seasonal blooms” realistically change almost weekly this time of year but I still have to suppress my impatience and wait for everything to bloom. This week Corn Flowers and Sweet Peas = so good.

📷 The bigger kid literally helped shift a good few tons of soil into the new garden beds. He was paid then spent his $$ of those weird new creepy dolls for his little sister- she was beyond stoked and we were all wildly impressed.

📷 More flowers & a rainbow over the patch.

📷🐾 Norbs fell asleep on my lap one night and woke up looking like a different dog - whoops, well it was mostly knots and it will grow back 🤣

📷 New flower beds, baby Sunflowers & Cosmos too. Looks like plies of dirt but there are Daliah Tubers growing under there. I know they are growing because my whole impatience thing striked again just yesterday, so I dug one up to check it was okay - it was and now that I’ve returned it to the dirt… hopefully still is.

📷 A bunch of blooms .au earlier today.
