The professionalism, support, bang on run time, athlete consideration & care was second to none!!

You guys have set the bar extremely high & I feel so honoured to have been a part of the start of this amazing federation taking over Australia, like it has around the world!!

So I only remembered this arvo that it is officially our 3 year coach/client anniversary .z_nutritionist 💜

Wow we have made some changes…. Both physically & mentally!!

Pics: 2019-2021 of comps & fair to say, (even though I can’t see it most days), the changes are definitely there!! 💜

Being a good coach isn’t just about knowing how to prep one person for the stage.
It’s knowing that there are lots of different sizes, fits & types of bodies & minds out there & you have to know how to make all the pieces fit for each and everyone!
That’s what makes you the best in business b-dawg!!

3 years on & I think we got each other figured out, (pun intended 😂). Well at least you’ve figured me out, I’m still can’t work out my own head, but I’m getting better… with your help… I think!! 🙈🤦‍♀️

But aside from all that, together we have been some places, done some things & you’ve become much, much more than a coach!!

You are my confidante, boss, mentor, psychologist & most of all, one of my best buddies!!

I couldn’t have done all of this without you & I would not continue on this journey without you kicking my butt along the way!!
