Little up date on some shed visits recently to Burnie Men's Shed, Claremont Men's Shed Inc, East Tamar Men’s Shed and the Spring Bay Mens Shed

The boys know how to grow a few veggies up at Burnie.

East Tamar were in wrapping new toys, I am sure the new saw will be a hit.

Claremont is always good for a laugh and a cuppa.

Triabunna is home, i love going back and seeing familiar faces.

Talking about the safety around the house and how small trips and falls can led to serious medical and mental health issues.

Stay safe and finish the week strong 💪🏻

Great to met Andrew Palmer - Councillor, City of Launceston yesterday at the Kingsmeadow Men’s Shed.

I called in to the Kingsmeadows Community Men’s Shed today and had some great chats with the blokes there.

It was fantastic to meet Darren Clark from Workplace Alive & Well, who’s doing important work around men’s mental health.

The cubby house being built behind us in the photo is for sale — a great Christmas present idea! 🎄🏠

With International Men’s Day tomorrow, it’s a good reminder to celebrate the positive contributions men make in our communities, highlighting the importance of men’s mental and physical health, and encourage open, supportive conversations. It’s also a chance to recognise the value of connection — something Men’s Sheds do so well.

Men’s Shed Tasmania are holding an event at St Luke’s, 93 Cimitiere Street, Launceston, from 8am–4pm, and everyone is welcome to drop in and have a chat.

Let’s keep looking out for each other. 💙
