*WE ARE HIRING*

We are seeking committed and empathetic professionals to join our small team. At Excell, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to 'Excell their lives'.

We are looking for experienced support workers to build our team. This is a casual role with hours starting off small but has the opportunity to grow with the right people.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting participants to access the community
- providing in-home support including some domestic duties
- providing encouragement and support to assist participants to maintain their independence
- have a strong focus on participant choice and control.
-maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both participants and workers

Key must haves:
-Certificate III in individual support (disability) or equivalent
-Working with Vulnerable people with NDIS
endorsement
-First aid and CPR certificate
- Drivers licence and own vehicle with full comp insurance
-National police check
- Completed NDIS Worker orientation
-Great communication skills both verbal and written

We have had 2 full days open up with our female support worker Sam.
Sam had many years experience with all sorts of disabilities including schizophrenia, intellectual disability, mental health.
