Your mind wants certainty because certainty feels safe.
But life doesn't always offer neat answers.
So the brain fills in the gaps with stories, conclusions, perceptions, and meanings - many of them about yourself.
Sometimes, what feels like overthinking is really the mind trying to protect you and keep you safe (in its limited perception of you), so it's not a resourceful outcome most of the time.
This is where Emotional Fitness becomes powerful...
To notice the patterns.
To question the stories.
To meet yourself with compassion.
Change happens when awareness clicks in.
