Round 2 week 4 of our Kids FUNctional Yoga classes ✔️🤸🏾‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️

Over the last 4 weeks my under 5’s became much more confident balancing 🤩

My school aged girlie left so excited that she could hold a handstand for a second without my assistance🤸🏾‍♀️

We had so much FUN! Lots of I don’t think we can do that, but we did it! 👏🏽

4 weeks of Kids FUNctional Yoga Classes done with these 2 🥲

Every single week it would get closer to 4:30pm and they would tell me no Miss Shi we need to do 1 more just 1 more or If they didn’t do the pose correctly (just like the photo) they would be determined to go and try again until they got it. 🤸🏾‍♀️
