#12: Your Pupillary Distance is critical when it comes to having a high prescription and if you request certain types of lenses! This is something that is obtained during your eye test. However, your optometrist is not obligated to give it to you when requesting your prescription. Of course, this doesn’t seem right. Furthermore, optometrist feel it should be obtained by those making your glasses. This is only possible if you meet them face to face. We can give you a simple procedure, or alternatively, look for a quality, highly rated PD measurement app. 🤔
Your PD doesn’t change once you become an adult. So it’s not something you need to stress out about if the optometrist doesn’t give it to you each time. ☺️ - We can use our vert to take all necessary measurements from the lenses, if the glasses you are using have your lenses in them. 😎
