Initial Minor Flood Warning for Bremer River

The Bremer River at Rosewood is currently at 0.48 m and steady, below the minor flood level. The Bremer River at Rosewood may reach around the minor flood level (4.00 m) from around 07:30 am this morning.

The Bremer River at Five Mile Bridge is currently at 0.00 m and steady, below the minor flood level. The Bremer River at Five Mile Bridge may reach around the minor flood level (3.50 m) late Thursday morning.

MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT ROSEWOOD FROM 7:30 AM AND FIVE MILE BRIDGE FROM LATE MORNING

Moderate rainfall has been observed in the upper Bremer River catchment overnight Wednesday into Thursday, with a flood peak observed at Adams Bridge just before midnight. This peak is approaching Rosewood where minor flooding is possible from around 7:30 am, and at Five Mile Bridge from late morning.
