Down .1 this week. Not the greatest, but the temptation of Starbucks now I'm in the office is too much.
So plan for this week, meal prep, and the coffee and herbal teas in to work.
Last week i was buying lunches as I didn't want to carry it in on the train. This week. Too bad!

A great result this week with a 2.2kg loss. Its been a great way to learn that weightloss can happen without super stric...

A great result this week with a 2.2kg loss. Its been a great way to learn that weightloss can happen without super strict low carb eating.

What have I learnt this week?
• I drink way too much coffee (I already knew that)
• I can eat carbs and still lose weight
• I can eat 3 meals a day and still lose weight
• I can have a chocolate or a treat and still lose weight
• My world doesn't have to be consumed by worrying about what I'm eating

What am I looking forward to for next week?
♡ getting back to the gym
♡ having energy to do a workout
♡ my first day in the office since March!

I had the best of intentions.... my brunch was supposed to be a chicken breast, tomato and spinach sandwich. I got through half but the bread was too much so I just ate the chicken and tomato...oops! An easy way to save a few points i guess 🤷‍♀️

Bahaha so I joined to get food back on track and be accountable with weekly weighins. After eating 55 of my daily 29 points today, I was congratulated for logging my first veggie...wohooo!!! Hot tip, don't have Starbucks or potato salad, that crap is loaded with points!!! In all seriousness, today was our 15th anniversary and my 2 year remission appointment and we did celebrate a bit. My first check in is Saturday morning, and have started logging food from today. Time to make lifelong changes, to get the last of this weight off.

Im struggling at the moment, between work, doing my MBA and IVF, I'm struggling to find time and motivation to eat right and exercise. Im back at and went to the gym today, and still walk a few times a week with mum, but the weight is creeping back up. I can't even say my food is terrible, its the coffee that im drinking. Those extra calories don't help! But back here posting to keep accountable and hopefully catch the fitness bug again and get my s**t together.

A change of scenery today as I try to get back into a routine. Working from home with covid and gyms closing put a dent into my routine, but back to it for the last few weeks. Diet has been great, but now to start hitting some fitness goals
