Alpine herbs is now becoming alpine apothecary. We have merged alpine herbs and instinks to become Alpine Apothecary. One business, one name. This is so we can go back to focusimg on one business for sales and marketing instead of splitting our time.
The herbs that are grown by us are sold as teas and infusions and used in our herbal bath and body products that we make. All on the same property in the Snowy Mountains NSW Jindabyne Australia.

Fresh from the Snowy Mountains

Our Alpine Green Tea – Sencha Style is grown in small batches on our own mountain property at 1,200m elevation. Each bag holds a portion of our homegrown harvest, blended with leaves from local Australian growers who share our passion for clean, chemical-free cultivation.

Alpine Green Tea in the Snowies 🌿
We’re planting more Camellia sinensis — the hardy alpine variety from Japan that thrives in our cold mountain climate. These small tea plants are just getting started, but in time, they’ll form the heart of our local-grown, hand-harvested green tea.

The first leaves are in — and we’re just getting started.

Here at Alpine Herbs, we are busy planting our first rows of Alpine Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) in the Snowy Mountains soil we call home.

Over the next few months, we’ll be expanding our alpine herb plantation by also planting more calendula, chamomile, black peppermint, lavender, rosemary, yarrow, and more — all carefully chosen to thrive in our cool climate and support natural wellness from the ground up.

We’re proud to share that Alpine Herbs is owned by Instinks — and grown on the very same property where their natural, plastic-free skincare is handmade. You’ll already find Alpine Green Tea in many Instinks products — and soon, more of our herbs will follow.

Just the Beginning at Alpine Herbs 🌿
Up here in the Snowy Mountains, we’re sowing something real. Alpine Herbs is still in its early days — our first batches of calendula, yarrow, and chamomile are growing under crisp mountain skies. 💛

We’re not pretending to be a big operation. Just passionate, hands-in-the-dirt kind of people. Right now, our small-batch herbal products contain around 10% of our own homegrown herbs — but every leaf is nurtured, harvested, and dried right here on our 100-acre property near Jindabyne, NSW.

While we’re still in early stages, a portion of our homegrown harvest will soon be blended into each batch — combined with high-quality herbs we carefully source to meet demand.
