I am a passionate Ka Huna Bodyworker, Sound Healer and Yin Yoga teacher. I love to learn new modalities to support people in the journey to health and greater self awareness. I have just completed my course as a Death Doula and support those approaching the next transition in life. In my down time, I also enjoy driving long distances in my car Kimba, catching up with family and friends. Reading keeps me company, along with my dog Zoro. Meeting new people, singing, arts and crafts, craft beer and my sisters good cooking. A cold dip in the river is a must every Sunday. Quiet time in nature is my wind down time. Playing all my magical instruments. There's a lot to keep me occupied.
