π’ Admin, Social Media & Support Coordination Assistance Needed
We are a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) seeking a reliable freelancer or virtual assistant to support our growing disability services business.
Role includes:
β General admin & email management
β Client scheduling & shift coordination
β Assistance with NDIS documentation & record management
β Social media content editing & posting
β Online promotion to attract new participants
Support Coordination Assistance:
β’ Liaising with participants, families, and service providers
β’ Assisting with service bookings and referrals
β’ Monitoring service delivery schedules
β’ Helping maintain participant service records and reports
β’ Supporting communication and follow-ups with stakeholders
β
Experience in NDIS/disability sector preferred
β
Suitable for remote & flexible work
